1. Overview

Welcome to the services provided by Oncogen.AI Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). The Company provides the Cora AI smart assistance tool and related services (collectively, the "Services") in accordance with these Terms of Service. By beginning to use the Services, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of these Terms, and that you agree to comply with other relevant regulations separately announced by the Company, all of which shall be deemed an integral part of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to modify or change the contents of these Terms at any time, and you are advised to check periodically. If you continue to use the Services after any modifications or changes to these Terms, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to accept such modifications. If you do not agree to the contents of these Terms, or if your country or region excludes all or part of the contents of these Terms, please immediately stop using the Services.

2. Registration and Account Obligations

To properly use the Services, you agree to comply with the following matters:

Accuracy of Information

Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during registration.

Information Updates

Constantly maintain and update your personal information to ensure its accuracy. If you provide any incorrect, untrue, or incomplete information, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse your use of all or part of the functions of the Services.

3. Account Security

Upon completion of the registration procedure (including obtaining a verification code via email), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and account.

If you discover that your password or account has been stolen or compromised, or if you have any security concerns, please notify the Company immediately via email at service@oncogenai.com so that the Company can take appropriate measures.

4. Non-Medical Advice and Medical Disclaimer

Please note: The Services are solely an AI-powered smart assistance tool and do not constitute a medical device or medical treatment.

Non-Medical Diagnosis

The Cora service provided by the Company is in the nature of an AI smart agent assistance tool, has not been approved or certified by medical regulatory authorities, and should not be considered a medical device or diagnostic tool. The purpose of the Services is to provide information organization and auxiliary reference, and it does not provide medical consultation. Users must not use this product for disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, or symptom alleviation.

Cannot Replace Professional Medical Care

The Services cannot and are not intended to replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Do not rely solely on the information provided by the Services to ignore professional medical consultation or delay seeking medical attention. Before making any medical decision, you must consult a qualified medical professional.

Assumption of Risk

Any decisions or actions you take (including medical decisions) after using the Services are entirely your sole responsibility. Whether you rely on any information provided by the Services is completely at your own discretion and risk.

Emergency Situations

The Services are not applicable to emergency medical conditions. If you experience an emergency medical condition, please immediately call your local emergency telephone number or go to the nearest emergency room.

5. Community Guidelines

To maintain a healthy community environment, the Company adopts a strict management mechanism for user content:

User Commitments and Rules

You explicitly agree and promise not to post, share, or transmit any illegal, inappropriate, offensive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, privacy-infringing, threatening, pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable content on the platform. Please note that all content you post (including but not limited to text, images, posts, and comments) must strictly comply with these guidelines. The Company adopts a zero-tolerance policy for such inappropriate content.

Please avoid publicly sharing personal sensitive information. If you voluntarily disclose such information and incur any consequences, the related risks shall be borne entirely by you, and the Company shall assume no liability.

You shall not use the Services to engage in any commercial profit-making activities.

Community Safety Maintenance

To ensure the health and inclusivity of the community, the Company has established a content moderation mechanism. Content that is reported or suspected of violating the rules (such as pornography, violence, hate speech, or inappropriate sensitive information) will be handled through manual review. This is intended to prevent the spread of harmful content, protect user rights, and create a friendly communication environment.

Reporting Mechanism and Confidentiality

If you discover any content or behavior that violates these Terms of Service, you can click the "Report" button next to the content, select the reason for reporting, and submit it, or email service@oncogenai.com. The Company commits to reviewing reports as quickly as possible upon receipt and taking appropriate action when necessary. All reports will be handled confidentially, and the Company will not disclose the identity of the reporter to the reported party, so you can report with peace of mind.

Blocking Function

You can block other users within the application. Once blocked, you will no longer see content from that user, and that user will not be able to interact with you. The system will also flag blocked users to facilitate subsequent reviews.

Company Liability

The Company commits to taking action within 24 hours of receiving a report of inappropriate content, including but not limited to removing violating content and suspending or terminating violating user accounts. For severe violations, the Company will handle them immediately.

The Company will cooperate in accordance with the law with data requests made by competent authorities with legal jurisdiction. Except as required by law or based on law enforcement needs, the Company will not provide user data to third parties.

6. User Responsibility and Indemnification

Users must not engage in any illegal, inappropriate, or rights-infringing behavior:

Prohibited Conduct

Without authorization, you shall not arbitrarily capture, copy, adapt, or distribute the content of this website and application.

Damages

If (1) your illegal use or misuse of the Services, or (2) your violation of these Terms, laws, or infringement of third-party rights causes the Company and its affiliates, employees, trustees, agents, suppliers, and other users to suffer damages or incur expenses (including but not limited to litigation costs and attorney fees), you agree to assume full indemnification liability.

Litigation Assistance

In the aforementioned circumstances, if you and the Company are co-defendants or potential liable parties, the Company has the right to direct the litigation strategy and defense, and you shall fully cooperate and provide necessary assistance.

7. Intellectual Property

All services and website content provided by the Company (including but not limited to text, images, files, databases, report structures, software programs, AI models, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other works) are protected by copyright law, trademark law, patent law, and other relevant regulations, and are owned by the Company or its legitimate licensors.

Infringement Prohibition

Without prior written consent from the Company or the legitimate rights holder, no one may use, copy, adapt, distribute, publicly broadcast, publicly transmit, or use other technologies to perform reverse engineering or disassembly, or attempt to obtain its source code in any other way in any form.

Authorization Application

If you need to quote, reproduce, or use any content of the Services, you must first obtain written authorization from the Company; otherwise, you shall bear the liability for infringement and compensate the Company for the damages suffered thereby.

Trademark Use

Without authorization, you shall not use the Company's trademarks, logos, names, etc., for commercial purposes.

8. Arbitration

Governing Law

The interpretation and application of these Terms, as well as disputes related to these Terms, shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), excluding the application of the Act Governing the Choice of Law Between Civil Laws of Different Jurisdictions.

Legal Effect

This agreement and related notices are produced as electronic documents, and their legal effect is identical to that of written documents.

Limitation Period

You agree that any claims or lawsuits related to the Services must be filed within one year from the date the cause of action arose; otherwise, such right of claim shall be deemed waived.

Arbitration Tribunal

The arbitration tribunal shall consist of three arbitrators, and the language shall be Chinese. The arbitration award shall have final binding force, and both parties shall abide by the result of the award.

9. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify, temporarily or permanently cease providing the Services (or any part thereof) at any time without notice, which may include adjustments to fee models or payment terms. The Company will notify you via website announcements, email, or within the application, and the changes shall take effect upon announcement or dispatch. You can understand the latest version through the "Effective Date" at the top of this agreement. If you continue to use the Services after the terms are amended, you will be deemed to have agreed and accepted the amended terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, the Company does not provide any explicit or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

No guarantee that the Services (including title, non-infringement, merchantability) will fully meet your requirements.

No guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, or completely error-free.

No guarantee that the results obtained from using the Services will be completely accurate or reliable.

Community Remarks Disclaimer

The Services include community discussion functions, and the content posted by users represents only their personal views and does not represent the Company's position. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-posted content. We particularly remind you that discussions on medical health within the community are for reference and exchange purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

Scope of Disclaimer: The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from any of the following causes:

Use or inability to use the Services.

Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmitted data by others.

Damage to your equipment or data loss caused by downloading data.

Statements or behaviors of any third party regarding the Services.

Any direct or indirect losses caused by system maintenance, technical updates, or force majeure factors.

11. Termination of Services

If you fail to comply with this agreement, the Company may terminate your use of all or part of the Services for any reason at any time, which may result in the deactivation or deletion of information within your account.

You understand that the Services may experience delays or interruptions due to system failures. The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore the system, but shall not bear liability for damages resulting from such service interruptions or data losses.
